Australian U20s name team to play New Zealand U20s

Australian U20s coach Adrian Thompson has named his side to play New Zealand in the opening game of the Oceania Championships on the Gold Coast tomorrow afternoon. Super 20s finalists, Queensland and Melbourne, dominate the 23-man squad with eight representatives each, with three players from NSW and ACT and one from Western Australia also named. There have been five changes made to the original squad with Campbell Magnay and Lukhan Tui joining fellow Australia U20s representative, James Tuttle with the Queensland Reds. Declan Moore and Latu Latinipulu have left the squad due to injury. The players will be replaced by Simon Kennewell, Richie Asiata, Sione Tuipolotu and Ta Hosea. Thompson told Rugby News a handful of the unavailable players are expected to play in the second hit-out against New Zealand on Saturday.
