The Wallabies will play a three test series against England for the very first time, with Test matches scheduled to be played in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney in June next year. The two sides will meet in the pool stages at the World Cup later this year, in a match that may determine both side's campaigns, adding further spice to next year's series. “With a rivalry that dates back to 1909, it is remarkable that Australia and England have never before played a three-match series and the history of this occasion is sure to add to the anticipation for the tour," ARU CEO Bill Pulver said.
