Under new administration, the renamed Canberra Vikings will look to build on the success of the Brumbies 2017 Super Rugby campaign and blood some exciting young talent in this year’s NRC. After missing the playoffs in 2016, the likes of Sam Carter and Joe Powell will look to play their way back into a Wallabies jersey, alongside the best talent from Canberra’s John I Dent Cup. “We’ve got a good balance of youth and experience which is something I think we’ve been lacking in the last few seasons.
