Warringah finally broke through for their first win of the season, while West Harbour and Hunter both scored late to take the chocolates in tight matches on Saturday.

Warringah’s scrum was one of the big positives in a disappointing opening month of the season and it continued on Saturday, largely because of Irish prop Martin Mulhall. At a crucial point of the match, Mulhall dominated his opponent at scrum time, then broke a tackle to score an important try all within a minute.
