“I’ve got a couple of boys that like to ball boy down at Uni and thankfully they still get to do it, so I’ve been down there quite a bit when I haven’t been away,” he told Rugby News.
“I think Uni have done really well. Davo (Tim Davidson) and Carts (Tom Carter) have put a fair few young guys in the team, as you always have to at Sydney Uni, but they’ve backed them and a few of those guys have really stepped up this year.

Malone coached both Davidson and Carter to a Shute Shield premiership in 2013 in his first year as head coach at the club.
A changing of the guard followed the 51-6 victory over Eastwood, forcing Malone to blood a handful of future stars across 2014 and 2015.
