Two Blues partner with WSU and Charter Hall to offer $15k scholarship
On the back of winning seven of their last 10 matches in this year’s Shute Shield first grade competition, Western Sydney Two Blues will take further momentum into 2024 following the announcement of a new scholarship to be offered at the club from next year.
“Western Sydney Two Blues is proud to announce an exclusive partnership with Western Sydney University and Charter Hall to introduce the Two Blues Scholarship,” the club announced today.
“This remarkable opportunity stands as a testament to our commitment to the holistic development of our players, on and off the field.
“Valued at an impressive $15,000, the Two Blues Scholarship aims to empower deserving individuals within our rugby community who are pursuing higher education at Western Sydney University.
“We believe in fostering not only athletic prowess but also academic excellence, leadership qualities, and a commitment to community service.
“This scholarship is not just about financial support; it’s about investing in the future leaders of our community. We are excited to see the transformative impact it will have on the lives of the recipients.”
To be eligible for the scholarships, players must be registered to play for the Two Blues and study an undergraduate degree at Western Sydney University, with preference given to students commencing study in programs within the School of Business and School of Built Environment.
