Northern Suburbs flyhalf Angus Sinclair has jumped to the top of the Shute Shield points scoring list after harvesting a bag of points against Randwick on the weekend.
Sinclair sits on 89 points and has taken over from Southern Districts points accumulator Christian Kagiassis and Sydney Uni’s James Kane who has been on the sidelines for a couple of weeks with injury.
Gordon’s Rodney Iona continued to score points with seven conversions in the Highlanders big win over Southern Districts at Chatswood Oval on Saturday and is now in second spot.
Sinclair kicked five conversions and two penalty goals and is in close to the best form of his career.
