The teams are in for Round Six of the Shute Shield competition, the halfway mark of the race towards the grand final on Saturday, October 31.

The Hunter Wildfires will host Gordon in the 7TWO TV match of the round with brothers Scott (Wildfires) and Darren (Highlanders) going head to head for the first time – sibling rivalry in its purest form.

Gordon have tweaked their pack slightly and given a chance to many of their up and coming stars with normal skipper Jordy Goddard coming off the bench on Saturday.

The in-form Rodney Iona has been named skipper for the Highlanders for Saturday and there is much to be played out both on and off the field in this one – brother v brother.

Elsewhere Sydney Uni will welcome back a range of their self isolation players for the game against Eastwood at TG Millner field with skipper Rohan O’Regan a big in at No.8 for the Students.
