NSW U20s team named for opening trial match against Central West

The NSW Gen Blue U20s team to play Central West in Mudgee this weekend has been announced. The young Waratahs will play an opens Central West representative side - a team picked from the best players from Bathurst, Orange, Dubbo, Forbes, Parkes, Mudgee and surrounding towns - as a curtain raiser for the Waratahs trial against the Brumbies on Saturday. 2015 Bronze Boot recipient, awarded to Australia's best schoolboy player, Harry Johnson-Holmes will start at prop, with Randwick pair Alec Corcoran and Tom Piroddi named in the second row. Sydney Uni halfback Banjo Travers will combine with 2016 Australian Schoolboy Nick Wilkinson in the halves and will link with fullback Tim Clements who returns for his second Super 20s campaign. The NSW U20s play trials against ACT U20s and Sydney Uni in the coming weeks ahead of their opening Super 20s clash against the Western Force in Sydney on February 25.
