NRC: NSW Country Eagles unveil experienced coaching staff

The NSW Country Eagles have added further experience to their coaching staff for the 2016 National Rugby Championship. Head coach Darren Coleman will again be assisted by Randwick coach Shannon Fraser, while former Scottish international Dan Parks and former Canberra Vikings coach Brad Harris have also joined the team. Parks played a number of seasons in the Shute Shield before heading overseas to join Glasgow Warriors. The former flyhalf scored 266 points in 66 appearances for Scotland and played in the 2007 and 2011 Rugby World Cups. After retiring, he returned to Australia and was part of the Sydney Stars coaching staff last year. Harris is also no stranger to the NRC, having led the Canberra Vikings to last year’s grand final. "Dan obviously has a lot of playing experience but I've been really impressed with the sides that he has coached in the last year or so, they always offer something different so I'm looking forward to working with him," Coleman told Rugby News.
