Australian Schools Barbarians team named to play Fiji Schools

Australian Schools Barbarians coach Brad Gill has made a number of changes to his side ahead of tomorrow’s clash against Fiji Schools at TG Millner Field in Sydney.

The Barbarians were beaten by New Zealand Schools 49-6 in their opening clash on Monday, but showed promising signs in the opening 30 minutes against their more fancied opponents.

Gill has added prop Apenisa Driti and backrowers Brodie MacAskill, Wyll Holland and Luca Moretti to his starting forward pack to play alongside a new look backline.

Joeys No.9 Dylan Dowling will start at the base of the scrum, with Canberra back Will Goddard to partner Joey Walton in the midfield. Lincoln Smith will shift from outside centre to the wing and Max Dowd will start at fullback.

Australian Schools Barbarians play Fiji Schools at 11am tomorrow.
