Who is the most influential player in the Hospital Cup in 2024

We're into the second round of the Hospital Cup regular season and as the race for spots in the top four tightens, we checked in with each first grade coach and asked them who they thought the most influential player in the competition was.
Here's what they had to say:
Mick Heenan - Bond
"There are a lot of good players in the competition. Kye Oates is a stand out for UQ - I am still not sure why he isn't playing professionally somewhere," Heenan told Rugby News.
"He's such a well balanced runner, he kicks well both at goal and in general play and he's a strong defender and jackal threat.
