NSW Gen Blue name side to play Melbourne Rebels U20s
NSW Gen Blue coach Chris Malone has named his side to play the Melbourne Rebels U20s at Sydney University tomorrow.
Malone has shifted Harry Johnson-Holmes from tighthead to loosehead prop, with Harry Chapman set to make his first start in the front row and Ed Craig moving into the run-on side as starting hooker.
In the backs, Tim Clements has also been handed an opportunity in the starting side on the right wing.
Malone said a few changes had been made to the team based on the last victory two weeks ago against the Brumbies U20s in Canberra.
“There’s been a few permutations to the side. A few of the guys came on in the last game and did well,” Malone said.
“We need to ensure, against a very good Melbourne side who took Queensland close, we have the right mix to secure a good outcome.
“Melbourne are a big physical side, they’ve got some exciting backs as well so they’re a good team.
“We have to make sure we’re at our best on Saturday to get the result that we
